James M Harris, Sheriff of York District sells 72 and a half acres of Drury Goings that James McCluney was creditor for 38 dollars.
Thompson McCluney (husband of Drury Going’s half sister, Elvira Plaxco), was the highest bidder at 10 dollars. Land located in York District SC, on waters of Dry Creek. Sale was done on April 8, 1828. Witnessed by Nathan Kimball and Isaac R. Harris.
