Mrs. Eula Goins, a negro was married to Ernest Moore September 2, 1911, according to Bosque County Marriage Book I, page 128. “Eula Goins” roomed at 2259 Hurley Av­enue, Ft. Worth, Texas, according to the city directory.

Reverend P. Gowan and wife Sarah L. Gowan gave a deed of 320 acres on Childress Creek and 6320[?] acres on Turkey Creek to A. Foster Axson, M. D. of New Orleans, LA for $800 April 1, 1875 according to Bosque County Deed Book O, page 423.

Mrs. C. F. Gowin, believed to be a widow, received a deed from John D. Rogers of Galveston County, Texas April 7, 1885 to lot a in Walnut Springs, Texas for $50, according to Bosque County Deed Book 4, page 329. Apparently she was married to Sam Patton about 1890. On January 24, 1891 Mrs. C. F. Gowin Patton, Sam Patton and her son C. V. Gowin, “all of Ellis County” gave a deed to the property to W. G. Howell for $310, according to Bosque County Deed Book 19, page 508. On June 19, 1915 Mrs. C. F. Gowin Patton received an affidavit from Mrs. M. A. Lynch certifying that C. V. Gowin was the “only surviving heir” of Mrs. C. F. Gowin Patton.

Mrs. C. F. Gowin received a deed from John D. Rogers for land in Galveston, Texas, on Lot 2, Block C for $58 April 7, 1885 according to Bosque County Deed Book 4, page 329.

C. V. Gowin and C. F. Gowin Patton gave a deed to W. T. Howell on Lot 2, Block C, in the Walnut Square Addition in Bosque County for $310 according to Bosque County Deed Book19, page 508.

“C. V. Gowen” gave a release to W. T. Howell about 1905, according to Bosque County Deed Book 52, page 15.

E. Richard Goyens was enumerated in the 1880 census of Bosque County, Volume 3, Sheet 16, Enumeration District 9, Precinct 1 & 2:

“Goyens, E. Richard husband, 27 born in NR
Sarah wife, 26 born in NR
Rosa daughter, 7/12 born in TX”

E. Richard Goyne and wife Sarah E. Goyne gave a deed to W. B. Hatch of 103 acres for $103 December 21, 1888, according to Bosque County Deed Book 11, page 152.

E. R. Goyne and wife Sarah E. Goyne gave a deed to R. H. Pete for land in Bosque County according to Bosque County Deed Book 19, page 356.

E. R. Goyne and wife Sarah E. Goyne gave a deed to E. E. Summons for land in Bosque County according to Bosque County Deed Book 33, page 49.

E. R. Goyne and B. W. Hatch received a deed from W. L. Jones and wife Susan R. Jones, both of Coryell County, Texas, for 206 acres of land totaling $206 September 23, 1880, according to Bosque County Deed Book 7, page 637.

Wail, M. E. 45, mother-in-law, born in AL”

J. E. Goyne was married to Miss A. J. Jones November 2, 1882 according to Bosque County Marriage Book D, page 288. Children born to J. E. Goyne and A. J. Jones Goyne are unknown.
