John, Jr., William, and Burrell must have continued living in Fairfax, because the Pohick Anglican Church records and the Fairfax militia records document their presence through the French and Indian War of the 1750’s. There is no evidence that these three brothers ever left Fairfax County, Virginia.
I did find a will and probate letter from Fairfield South Carolina for Burrell Hollis. It names his wife and children. I’m pretty sure it’s the same Burrell.
