Sales of land in recapitalation mentioned is to be divided among the above named persons; the executors retaining therefrom, the amount of expenses incurred, in enclosing the Graves of Elijah Chisum Sr and Lucy Chisum Decd the father and mother of said Executors, when said expenses are ascertained.

It will be seen, that the amount of each distributive share is $1472.17 and 1/2 cents, which will stand amongst the heirs of William Chisum as follows, there being 7 of them, and the executors having paid and advanced money for the joint benefit of said heirs to the amount of $84.71 cents, would leave their share amounting to the sum of $1387.46
Each share amounting to the sum of $198.20 besides the sum mentioned in the interest account above. Therefore there is due to the heirs of William Chisum as follows, towit:
To Seth Cason principal and interest – $67.83
To Sally Chisum, principal and interest – $110.61
To five other minor heirs of said William, principal and interest – $1511.27
To William H Chisum, son of Elijah Junr bal principal and interest – $709.22 and 1/2
The amt of the share of Nimrod Dodson … $1541.80 and 1/2 …
It being represented to the commissioners, that there remained in the hands of Elijah Chisum Senr the testator, the sum of 15 dollars 6 and 1/4 cents due to William Hill, adm of Elijah Chisum Junr decd, unaccounted for and for which said executors are bound to account. The commr therefore direct that that sum with interest from the time it fell due, untill paid, be paid by said executors, out of the land last sold by them and herein before refered to, when the money for the same be collected. Also one dollar for one day to Turner Lane, on commissioners.
The commissioners, therefore, having fully examined all the papers records and documents relating to the Estate of the said Elijah Chisum Senr decd —
Report and say that the said account and report as before herein stated, shows a true, full, and perfect statement of the smount of each distributive share, with the interest threon, up to this day, with the balances due the heirs of the said Elijah Chisum decd severally.
John Chisum, executor etc produced and shewed, that he had furnished and paid for, Tombstone of Elijah Chisum and Lucy Chisum, his father and mother, prepared at Nashville, and halling same $23; and further, that the price for putting up the mason-work as herein before expressed, round said graves, the further sum of $25 – all of which is allowed him out of said Estate, by said commissioners.
All of which is most respectfully submitted to the worshiful court.
Given under our hands and seals 18th Sept 1828.
