Then moved to Vermillion Co, Illinois where still lived in 1834 application
Affid in 1834 Shelby Co, Indiana of Richard Barnes 72 yrs states he knew
Jacob Gowen from early youth in Henry Co Va, to Kentucky, to Illinois (when he moved there 13-14 yrs ago).
Moved to Lawrence Co, Indiana in 1836 per 1838 affid requesting change in where
payments sent.
Died before June 26, 1839 when his widow applied for continuing benefits.
